Manufacturing of LPG Cylinders
These cylinders are manufactured in different capacities as shown below:
For Domestic Purposes:
6 Kg/ 9 Kg/ 12.5 Kg/13 Kg LPG cylinders.
For Commercial Purposes:
19 Kg /22.5 Kg/ 25 Kg / 38 Kg /40 Kg/ 45 Kg / 48 Kg / 50 Kg LPG cylinders
Cylinder Refurbishment and Revalidation
Revalidation goes through full zinc coating under metalizing process and hydrolytic testing. The final step is issuance of the DOSH Certificate, a mark of quality.Â
The requalification process requires cylinders to be verified & suitable to use. It involves the following process
